A school in Potters Bar received a special and inspiring visit from England rugby star Kelsey Clifford earlier this month.
Clifford visited Ladbrooke School on March 1 to speak with the whole school about her life, career and journey to becoming an international player, after making her Red Roses debut at the 2023 Women's Six Nations.

At the age of just 22, she has also made more than 50 appearances for Saracens as a prop.
"Her visit truly motivated us to work hard, follow our dreams and that anything is possible," said a Ladbrooke student.
This was echoed in Kelsey advide to the children, telling them: "Do what you love, and it will get you where you want to be."
