Police are searching for a man with links to Welwyn Garden City, who is wanted on recall to prison.
Antoh Boateng, whose last known address is in Waltham Cross, is wanted on recall to prison.
The 21-year-old also has links to Welwyn Garden City, Grays in Essex, Bedford, and Walthamstow in London.
