3. Emmanuel's Farm planning appeal

A Town and Country Planning Act 1990 appeal hearing will be heard on February 13, following an appeal by Millen Homes Ltd against the refusal of planning permission by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council for outline planning application for a residential development of up to 20 affordable units at Emmanuel's Farm off Great North Road in Welwyn Garden City.
