St Albans Magistrates Court - December 19 

Deborah Davis: 59, of The Coach and Horses, Newgate Street. On June 3, July 23, August 23 and August 28 2022, having been served with an abatement notice under section 80(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council,  failed without a reasonable excuse to imposed by the notice. 

Fined £2,400, ordered to pay £960 to victim services, and £15,884.47 in costs. 

Mikey Main: 36, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans. On November 23, 2021, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely Ford, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £597, ordered to pay £60 to victim services and costs of £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 1 month.

Hatfield Magistrates Court - December 20 

Mason Sanders: 25, of no fixed address. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court, by failing to attend an initial induction appointment, failing to attend a planned office visit and and failing to provide acceptable evidence of reasons for his missed appointments. Fined £40.

Stevenage Magistrates Court - December 21

Paul Meenan: 45, of St Georges Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. On March 28, drove a mechanically propelled vehicle, namely KIA SOUL 2, on a special road, namely M1 in Redbourn, at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour - 65mph. Fined £72 and ordered to pay £28 to victim services. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.

Mohammed Ashraf: 34, of Camp Road, St Albans. On March 30, at Potters Bar, drove a motor vehicle, on the M25 Motorway, a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour - 96 mph. Fined £320, ordered to pay £128 in victim services and £110 in court costs. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.

Stevenage Magistrates Court - December 22

Richard Boase: 45, of Barking Road, Greater London. On March 11, in Potters Bar, drove a  Toyota Prius on A1000 Barnet Road, at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. The speed recorded was 38 miles per hour. Fined £400, ordered to pay £160 to victim services and £110 in court costs. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

Darren Morgan: 39, of Goffs Lane, Goffs Oak. On January 1, at Cheshunt, drove a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £40, ordered to pay £16 to victim services and £110 in costs. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.

Kelly Rice: 38, of Locarno Aveune, Luton. On March 4 in Redbourn, drove a motor vehicle on the M1, between Junction 8-9, at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour. The speed recorded was 100 mph. Fined £186, ordered to pay £74 to victim services and costs of £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Manny Carpel: 80, of Common View, Letchworth. On February 23, in Letchworth, drove a motor vehicle on Pixmore way, at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. The speed recorded was 37 miles per hour. Fined £40, ordered to pay victim services £16 and costs of £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Maximillian Newlan: 31, of Canning Road, Greater London. On on January 14,  in Redbourn, drove a motor vehicle on the M1 between Jnc 8-9 at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour.  The speed recorded was 132 mph. Fined £1,440, ordered to pay £576 in victim services and £110 in costs.

Jeremy Stevens: 64, of Nightingales Lane, Buckinghamshire. On February 6,  in Potters Bar, drove a motor vehicle on A1000 Barnet Road at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. The speed recorded was 36 miles per hour. Fined £960, ordered to pay £384 in victim services and £110 in costs. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.
