Dazzling Hatfield dancers Alexandra Hadalin and Keith Cartwright have reached the finals of the 48th annual British National Dance Championships.
The couple were competing in the British National Senior (Over 35’s) Ballroom Championship in Blackpool last month, finishing in fifth in what was a hard-fought competition of the best ballroom couples from across the nation.
Alexandra and Keith have been dancing together for nine years.
They said: "We are over the moon to have made the finals of this year’s British National Dance Championships and to be placed fifth, giving us a solid place in the final. It's just amazing!
"A special thanks goes to our main coaches, ex-world champions Chris and Joanne Hawkins, who have worked us hard and inspired us to new heights."
Alexandra and Keith are also United Kingdom Closed Championship finalists and All England champions.
