An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry opening on Tuesday, December 12, to decide the appeal.

2. Public Inquiry - The Avenue development

An appeal by Land Group (Welwyn) Ltd, relating to the application to Welwyn Hatfield Council for outline permission for up to 24 dwellings with all matters reserved except means of access at The Avenue in Welwyn.

3. Planning application - Lodge Farm conversion

Conversion and reconfiguration of the existing Lodge Farm main house into four two-storey dwellings at 124 Harmer Green Lane in Digswell.

4. Goods Vehicle Operators Licence - Ground Waste Recycling Limited

Ground Waste Recycling Limited of 7 West Burrowfield in Welwyn Garden City is applying to change an existing Goods Vehicle Operators Licence.

This would see them keep an extra zero goods vehicles and two trailers at the operating centre at 50-52 Burrowfield in Welwyn Garden City, and to add an operating centre to keep four goods vehicles and two trailers at Unit 1 in Warehams Lane in Hertford.

Owners or occupiers of land - including buildings - near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

5. Goods Vehicle Operators Licence - D.A Couriers/Duktrans Limited

D.A Couriers/Duktrans Limited, of 186 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore is applying to change an existing Goods Vehicle Operators Licence.

This would see them keep an extra two goods vehicles and two trailers at the operating centre at 9 East Road in Harlow, to add an operating centre to keep three goods vehicles and three trailers at Ground Floor, Units 1&2, Summit House, Summit House Road, Potters Bar.

Owners or occupiers of land - including buildings - near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.
