An appeal has been launched following suspicious activity in Welwyn Garden City.
The incident occurred at 8.30pm on Tuesday, November 7 in Marsden Road.
It was reported that someone was acting suspiciously outside an address.
"It is believed the person pictured was in the area at the time of the offence and could have information about what happened," said Detective Constable Alice Garrett, investigating.
