Hank Heywood: 64, of Fouracres Walk, Hemel Hempstead. On February 14 dropped litter on London Road, Hemel Hempstead. Ordered to pay victim services £26 and court costs £54.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 8
Nasir Hanif: 47, of Blandford Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on September 13, 2023, by failing to attend appointments. Fined £40 and court costs £85.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – November 9
Stanel Mihalache: 28, of Breaks Road, Hatfield. On February 9 drove an Iveco Daily on Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City at speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £68 plus ordered to pay victim services £32. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.

Chloe Watford: 22, of Raglan Avenue, Waltham Cross. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on October 28, 2021, by failing to attend a home visit. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
