Stevenage Magistrates Court results – September 22 

George Kitchener: 23, of Finbracks, Stevenage. On September 6, 2021, drove a Vauxhall Astra at Welwyn when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £467 plus ordered to pay victim services £47 and court costs £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 22 

Chloe Mcaddy: 29, of Boundary Lane, Welwyn Garden City. On November 4 drove an Audi A1 at Goffs Oak when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £244 and court costs £115. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. 

Helen Richards: 49, of Chagny Close, Letchworth. On October 28, November 2 and January 9 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Toyota Yaris who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £580 plus ordered to pay victim services £232 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with six points. 

Annalise Smith: 29, of Howlands Welwyn Garden City. On October 16, 2022 drove a Kia Sedona at A1 Shell petrol forecourt, Borehamwood while rear passenger was holding a child with no car seat and another child was sitting in the footwell of the vehicle. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay victim services £32 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. 

Billy Kentsley: 26, of Trumper Road, Stevenage. On September 29, 2022 drove a Ford Transit at Pembridge Gardens, Stevenage when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay court costs £90 and victim services £90. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 27 

Clapton Chimonyo: 29, of Harvest Mead, Hatfield. On January 21 at Potters Bar travelled by train without a valid train ticket. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay compensation £11, victim services £88 and court costs £200.
