Stevenage Magistrates Court results – September 1
Neil Banton: 54, of Ellice, Letchworth. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on November 9 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £40.
Louis Gallagher: 18, of Clappers Lane, Watton at Stone. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Chelmsford Magistrates Court on March 17 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £40.
Mark De Coste: 61, of Elderfield, Welwyn Garden City. On February 1 drove a Nissan Juke on Hammond Street, Cheshunt exceeding the 30mph speed limit. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay victim services £16 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Peter Keen: 68, of Grace Avenue, Shenley. On December 27 drove a Bentley Continental on Park Street exceeding the 30mph speed limit. Fined £200 plus ordered to pay victim services £80 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – September 6
George Cardy: 23, of Grovelands, Park Street. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on November 3 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £85.
Sean Johnson: 33, of Walsingham Close, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on June 13 by failing to attend appointments. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
Stevenage Magistrates Court results – September 7
Cedric Barnard: 59, of Lawrence Way, Bricket Wood. On December 18 drove a Citroen Dispatch on Park Street at 37mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £72 plus ordered to victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Amir Lotfi: 58, of Shenley Road, Borehamwood. On November 1 drove a Land Rover Freelander on M25 junction 23-24, Shenley at 47mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £10 plus victim services £4. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
