A housebuilder will hold a weekend launch event for a new show home at its latest Codicote development.

Taylor Wimpey North Thames is hosting the event at The Vale, which is on the site of the former Wyevale Garden Centre in Codicote.

The event will take place on Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17 and potential homebuyers are invited to visit the development to explore the area and also speak to Taylor Wimpey’s sales executives for further information on buying a new home.

A coffee cart will be present on September 16 to serve brownies and hot drinks to those who attend.

Paresh Pandya, sales manager at Taylor Wimpey North Thames, said: “We are looking forward to the launch event of our new Rushton showhome at The Vale.

"We highly recommend that potential homebuyers come and attend our launch event on the 16th and 17th September to explore the development.

“There will also be the opportunity to learn more about the range of incentives on offer from our friendly sales executives, including our Easymover scheme which takes away some of the stress of selling an existing home. Hot drinks and brownies will be available!”

The Vale, off High Street in the Hertfordshire village, offers a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.

The three-storey Rushton is a five-bedroom detached home with double garage and driveway.

Complete with three bathrooms, including one en suite, the home costs £880,000.

Taylor Wimpey’s Easymover incentive allows existing homeowners to alleviate the stress of selling their current home by reserving a new Taylor Wimpey home while the homebuilder takes care of estate agent fees and communications.
