Joel Budd: 43, of Grimthorpe Close, St Albans. On October 5 drove a Peugeot Partner on Beech Road, St Albans while using a handheld mobile phone. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay victim services £16 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.

St Albans Magistrates Court results – August 16

Jonathan Jenner: 50, of Bushey Grove Road, Bushey. On March 20 drove a Mercedes on M23 between junction 10A and junction 11 at a speed exceeding 70mph. On November 28 drove a Mercedes on Rickmansworth Road, Watford at 43mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £435 plus ordered to pay victim services £174 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 9 points.
