Stevenage Magistrates Court results- July 20
Anthony Nagle: 74, of Holwell Hyde, Welwyn Garden City. On August 11 drove a Jaguar XF on Barnet Road, Potters Bar at 39mph when the speed limit is 30mph.Fined £100 plus ordered to pay court costs £110 and victim services £40. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Stevenage Magistrates Court results – July 21
Luke Benfold: 24, of Ellis Avenue, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on August 2, 2022, by failing to attend an office appointment and an unpaid work appointment. Fined £100.
Callum Brewing-Culling: 18, of Inskip Crescent, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on March 7 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Ordered to Carry out unpaid work for 20 hours within the next twelve months.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – July 27
Alfredo Caiger: 21 of Farm Close, Hertford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Highbuy Corner Magistrates Court on April 7, 2022, by failing to attend probation appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 18 months.
Stevenage Magistrates Court – July 27
Arles Ulloque: 48, of Lancaster Road, Barnet. On November 11 drove a Kia at The Walk, Potters Bar when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay court costs £620 and victim services £72. Driving record endorsed with 8 points.
Devon Redhead: 23, of Watson Road, Stevenage. On August 21 drove a BMW at Raleigh Crescent, Stevenage without a valid driving licence and without any insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £586 plus ordered to pay victim services £234 and court costs £110.
Jean Vowles: 66, of Kingswell Ride, Cuffley. On October 14 drove a Kia Sportage on M25 junction 23-24 at 62mph when there was a variable speed limit of 50mph. Fined £72 plus ordered to pay victim services £28. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
