Stevenage Magistrates Court – June 22
Bogdan Istrate: 26, of Holly Leys, Stevenage. On October 13 drove a Ford Focus on The Glebe, Stevenage without a driving licence. Fined £100 plus ordered to pay court costs £110 and victim services £40. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Hatfield Magistrates Court – June 26
Ben Lynch: 45, of Westfield, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on July 26 by failing to attend planned office appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85.
St Albans Magistrates Court – June 27
Matthew Milne: 25, of Deepdene, Potters Bar. On September 8 drove an Audi A3 on the High Street, Potters Bar when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay court costs £85 and victim services £120. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court – June 28
Joey Gilmore: 20, of Bricket Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on February 14, 2022, by failing to attend appointments. Fined £40.
Robert Gondo: 22, of Hillside Avenue, Borehamwood. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on February 6 by failing to comply with an instructed unpaid work session. Fined £50 plus ordered to pay court costs £50.
Jonathan Wheatland: 33, of Park Street, St Albans. On August 9, 2021, drove a vehicle on M4 J19-20 Westbound, South Gloucestershire at 80mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £249 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points.
Cret Petru: 52, of Lemsford Road, Hatfield. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on April 20 by failing to attend appointments. Fined £50 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
