Station Road in Digswell is closed for "emergency" maintenance works.
The roadworks started yesterday (June 7) and will continue until Thursday, June 15, between 9am to 11pm.
One. network has stated that the Welwyn road repairs are ongoing due to gas escape.
A two-minute diversion has also been put in place to get from Station Road to Harmer Green Lane through Hertford Road.

Hertfordshire County Council has said that residents can expect delays due to the gas leak's maintenance works.
