Three members of a cross fit gym in Welwyn Garden City worked out for seven continuous hours to raise funds for Breast Cancer UK.

Peter Slater, Iain Frost and Matthew Hosking of The Training Zone – TTZ CrossFit - rowed, biked, ran, and did burpees to raise the money, raking in a total of £2,500.

Many members of the TTZ community joined them throughout the seven hours to show their support and encourage them.
