Latest court results from Hertfordshire and surrounding areas: The following cases were heard at Stevenage, St Albans and Hatfield Magistrates' Courts.

Stevenage Magistrates Court – May 11 

Vanessa Michelin: 56, of Meadway, Barnet. On August 8 drove a Kia Rio on A1000 Barnet Road, Potters Bar at 38mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £189 plus ordered to pay victim services £76 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court – May 12 

Colin Whittaker: 53, of Ferndale Road, Enfield. On July 27 drove an Audi on M25 junction 24-23, Shenley at 103mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay court costs £50 and victim services £48. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Tomas Zaunieravicius: 45, of Park Road, Barnet. On September 5 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £50. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – May 18 

Kaylee Parrin: 32, of Alban Avenue, St Albans. On November 10, 2020 assaulted 4 Police Officers at St Albans by beating them. Fined £200 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court – May 18 

Graham Everitt: 48, of High Road, Stapleford. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court by failing to comply with supervision appointments. Fined £50. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – May 19 

Justin Arbon: 47, of Foxdells, Birch Green. On July 29 drove a Volkswagen Transporter on Stanstead Road, Hertford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £200 plus ordered to pay victim services £80 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Joseph Swadling: 26, of Crop Common, Hatfield. On July 30 drove a Ford Europe on the A414, St Albans while using a mobile phone. Fined £169 plus ordered to pay victim services £68 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 21 days.
