An adult day centre in Welwyn Garden City received a "much needed" donation of outdoor garden and games equipment.
AGMS Foundation, a charity from WGC, donated the equipment to Welwyn and Hatfield day service at Handside Hall in Lemsford Lane.
The day centre is dedicated to meeting the needs and choices of adults with learning disabilities. They cater for people with a wide variety of support needs, including those requiring physical assistance in their daily routines.

AGMS volunteer Sunita Singh said: "This type of project helps to bring a ray of happiness to those suffering with these types of impairments and gives them a rare treat.
"We are always happy to help out the local community however we can."
AGMS volunteers received a warm welcome from attendees and the manager Jacquie Rumble.
The assistant manager said: "A big thank you to AGMS Foundation for their kind donations, which all the service users at Handside Hall will very much enjoy."
The foundation is a charity whose ethos is "Actively Serving Humanity" at a local, national and international level. It is a non-profit and non-government organisation.

AGMS Foundation are also distributors of their own foodbank in Hatfield Town Centre, whichn runs every last Friday of the month from 10am to 12pm for those in need.
