Welwyn Festival is returning this summer, and is looking to bring in more street vendors to fill up its 40 available stalls.

The event will take place on Saturday June 24, from 9am to 12.30pm, at the centre of the village on Codicote Road, Welwyn.

Main roads will be closed off for the morning, as the event usually attract lots of stallholders and visitors.

The penultimate event of the festival is the Family Fun Day, which starts with the Street Parade from Codicote Road to Singlers Marsh.

Entertainment at Singlers Marsh includes a marching band, classic cars, Punch and Judy, demonstrations, games, food stalls, Scruffs dog show, tug of war, a raffle, a beer tent and more.

The Street Parade is also an opportunity for schools, pre-schools and nurseries to dress up and have fun.
