A campaign to clean up Hatfield is off to a great start, with more than 12 groups picking up litter across the town next week.
The Clean Up Hatfield, which looks to keep the town clean and tidy, is appealing for more volunteers to come forward.
The litter picks will be taking place from Sunday, March 26, to Sunday, April 2.
Campaign leader Marian Hurle said: "It's a campaign that everyone in Hatfield can play their part in.

"If you are a business, have a look out the front and back of your premises and around the perimeter fence. Are they litter free? If not, please organise picking it up this week."
Schools including St Philip Howard, Howe Dell, Green Lanes, Oak View, De Havilland, and the Hatfield Community Free School have pledged to play their part.
Both Hatfield secondary schools - Bishop's Hatfield Girls' School and Onslow St Audrey's School - will be clearing litter around their areas.
Sustrans and Wel Hat Cycling are helping to clear the Alban Way cycle and footpath, and St Luke's Church will also be putting in their time.
A timetable is available that shows all the litter picks led by residents, and everyone has been asked to take part to show that they care about the town they live in.
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and Welwyn Hatfield Community Volunteer Service (CVS) are providing litter grabbers and gloves for the job.

Marian added: "People seem to think that if they didn't drop it, it has nothing to do with them. If we all changed our behaviour we'd have a beautiful town instead of a messy one.
"One of the saddest sights I've seen in the town is a lovely swathe of crocuses and daffodils looking perfect in the sunshine, blighted by bits of rubbish strewn all around. This campaign aims to change that."
