The Hatfield estate has partnered with local gin distillery Spirit of Hertfordshire to create an experience guaranteed to lift your spirits.

Explore the beautiful surroundings and woodlands of Hatfield Park guided by an expert forager as you seek out the most perfect botanicals to create your very own original and bespoke spirit.

After a morning of foraging, participants will then enjoy a delicious lunch at the Coach House Kitchen at The Stable Yard, whilst your gin is being distilled, ready to take away with you at the end of the day.
