A local running group has celebrated its 2,000th run.
Herts Hash House Harriers marked the occasion with a charity run in red dresses that took them around various Baldock pubs. In the process, they raised more than £250 for Garden House Hospice.
The Harriers are a social group open to people of all ages and fitness levels, with their outings usually starting and finishing at a pub.
Members run, jog or walk around a three to five mile trail laid down in chalk and flour, often taking them off the beaten track.
Treasurer Sue Brinded said: "Our 2000th run was a great opportunity to meet up again with fellow hashers from all over the country after the pandemic. Everyone is welcome to join us so come and give hashing a go."
