Potters Bar RSPCA Southridge’s longest staying cat has finally been reserved for a forever home.
Tammy recently featured in the Welwyn Hatfield Times as part of an RSPCA appeal to find her a home.
The feline was reserved at the Potters Bar centre on the weekend.
The 11-year-old was brought in well over a year ago after her elderly owner became too ill to care for her.
Tammy needed a quiet home as she can be a little grumpy at times and preferred for there to be no children or other pets.
A RSPCA spokesperson said: “The people who put down to reserve Tammy just need to go through checks and a house check and then Tammy should hopefully be going to her new home.
“Spending over a year in the cattery she is sure to be looking forward to being able to explore a garden, climbing some trees and getting her beauty sleep in a sunny spot.”
