A WATER main has burst, flooding a part of WGC town centre.
The pipe burst earlier this afternoon (Friday), but water is still pouring out onto the road, on the corner of Stonehills and Osborn Way.
A spokesman for Three Valleys Water, which is dealing with the problem, said:
"Three Valleys Water responded to a burst water main at Stonehills, WGC, this afternoon.
"Our on site team has been working to repair the burst pipe and a full repair is expected to be completed by later this evening.
"The burst is likely to have been caused by ground movement brought on by the cold weather and the cold temperature of water running through the pipes.
