A GOODS train was ablaze at WGC railway station this weekend.
Fire crews from WGC and Hatfield were called at 1.50pm on Saturday as the carriage, which was holding wooden sleepers, was alight in the sidings.
The fire was out by 2.30pm.
A fire spokeswoman said nobody was involved in the blaze.
She added: “An investigation into the cause will be carried out but initial reports indicate that it was not started deliberately.”
