A SERIES of images of Africans taken by a Moroccan-born fine art photographer go on show at St Albans Town Hall from today (Saturday).
Said Ouama is showing powerful images of the African people taken by one of their own as opposed to an outsider in the exhibition entitled Africa by Africans.
It runs until next Friday, December 12, and is open from 10am until 4pm. Entry is free.
* A mini-recital of music by Schubert and Chopin is being put on at the Town Hall by 10-year-old Julian Trevelyan.
The current Robert Lewin Young Musician scholarship winner and a chorister at St Albans Abbey, he is putting on the recital at 12.15pm and again at 1pm next Wednesday, December 10.
