£1,200 bike stolen in Welwyn Garden City burglary

The bike was stolen from a Knella Road shed


A high-end bicycle, worth roughly £1,200, was stolen in a Welwyn Garden City burglary.

A padlock was cut on a Knella Road shed, before thieves took the white Lapierre X Control 310 mountain bike.

The shed was targeted at some point between Thursday, February 27, and Saturday March 1, between 5pm and 8am.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Lee McDonald on the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference number B1/14/592.
