Dear Mr Shapps,
Well done for undertaking your 'sleep out'.
It is an absolute scandal that after 10 years of this so-called Labour Government, the rich have got richer (and pay tax at a lower rate than the rest of us), the poor have got poorer and disadvantaged people such as rough sleepers are not getting the help they should get.
