SIR - On Tuesday, July 28, my husband, who is registered blind, had a very nasty fall outside WGC's John Lewis in the Parkway area.
I would like to thank the people that appeared from nowhere; a young mum, traffic warden, care worker and three staff from John Lewis.
I don't know who called the ambulance, but the crew members were there promptly. He bought my husband home and began to see to his needs, as he required stitches to the head and right hand. I would also like to thank him for his care.
Our health service is first class as is people's kindness.
