Sir – The recent RAF Wings collection in the WGC and Hatfield area, raised £3,904.80 for our charity. This money will be forwarded to the RAFA Headquarters in Leicester for inclusion in the national figure which will be used for welfare purposes.
Sir - The recent RAF Wings collection in the WGC and Hatfield area, raised £3,904.80 for our charity.
This money will be forwarded to the RAFA Headquarters in Leicester for inclusion in the national figure which will be used for welfare purposes. Unfortunately, due to the present conflicts, our need for money has grown.
On behalf of the officers and committee of the branch and the association, I would like to thank the public for their contributions made during our collecting period at various venues.
I would like to thank the Dutch Nursery and Garden Centre, The Odeon cinema, Hatfield, Asda Hatfield and Morrison WGC for giving us permission to collect at their premises.
For the Air Training Corps Cadets from both towns, a special thanks is given as without their willing support, what would we do without them?
