They both want to terrorise, brow beat and bully their populations, so that they can stay in power for longer.
Mugabe uses the panga (machete), the AK47 and his military.
Brown uses taxes, fines and spies.
Scrap 10 per cent tax for the poor, fine people for their trolley bin being open six inches and spy on people's private home life.
Their approach maybe different, but the end result is the same, a cowering subservient populous who do what they are told to do.
