Parked cars are a mess in Hatfield
SIR – I recently read that Welwyn Hatfield Council intends to take action – whatever that means – against those householders who put out their household waste a little too early on the day prior to its scheduled collection, as this creates an unfavourable
SIR - I recently read that Welwyn Hatfield Council intends to take action - whatever that means - against those householders who put out their household waste a little too early on the day prior to its scheduled collection, as this creates an unfavourable environmental situation!
May I suggest that it takes action against those car owners who persistently park their cars on the pavements in Hatfield, sometimes for days on end?
I would suggest that this creates a much greater threat to the environment.
Incidentally, such parking cannot be entirely attributed to university students - certainly not in the area in which I live!
