Sir - With reference to the story headed "People are happy with street cleaning" (WHT, March 11) - may I ask where this survey was carried out? We have been living on Salisbury Village Estate in Cunningham Avenue for the last four years. Since living here we have had an uphill battle with the rubbish collection and the mess left behind by Serco and have to make regular calls to the council as to the very poor service we receive.
If Serco think there is no problem with the litter why do we have local volunteers litter picking on a regular basis. So can Clare Berry let us know where Serco carried out their survey?
