SIR - I live on the 12th floor of Goldings House. Yes we may have two lifts but lift one doesn't go to all the floors, and that includes mine.
I suffer from a curved spine and when lift two doesn't work I have to use the stairs to get the lift from the floor below and when I have got shopping it's a nightmare. There have been times when both lifts have not been working and I have had to walk up to the 12th floor.
