SIR – Further to my letter in respect of the missing post box on Canonsfield Road, Welwyn (WHT, June 25), I am pleased to advise that the post box has now been refitted and collection of mail has been re-instated at 4pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am

SIR - Further to my letter in respect of the missing post box on Canonsfield Road, Welwyn (WHT, June 25), I am pleased to advise that the post box has now been refitted and collection of mail has been re-instated at 4pm Monday to Friday and 7.30am Saturday.

Thank you for your interest in this matter and I have written to the appropriate department of the Post Office to thank them for their attention to this detail.
