So much has changed since the filming of this ciné short showing WGC in the 'sixties and 'seventies.

The cars, the clothes and the shops are all drastically different, but there are still signs of the town we know today.

It was uploaded to YouTube by user maxustaxus , whose channel specialises in old ciné films, and he dates it from between 1965 and 1979.

He says: "This includes footage of the town centre, scenes of people around Carve Ley, and Great Ganett streets, and a school which I think was Howell Primary at the end."

Unfortunately the identity of the person who filmed it remains unknown.

We'd love to hear from you if you recognise yourself from the footage!
