Hatfield's feeble fountain

Sir – I would like to bring your attention the fountain near Comet Way, Hatfield. I feel it should be much more powerful. I understand the need to save water, but surely a more powerful pump would improve this quite nice urban scene.

I compare it to the one in WGC which is a delight to view.
