Sir - With all the concern these days concerning health and safety, why are our buses so dangerous to the elderly or disabled to dismount from?
Getting off at various stops is a risk unless you are mobile. Perhaps Arriva staff or our councillors should use public transport. This would save petrol money and be an eye-opener to them.
