SIR - I was really surprised that Sir Terry Leahy thinks that Tesco is customer led when the local store (Hatfield) has no provision whatever for disabled customers. The electric carts have been unusable for weeks stretching into months and no amount of complaining gets anything done.
Can't afford it or just can't be bothered Sir Terry?
