SIR - What genius commissioned the new playground at Moneyhole Playing Fields? It has already attracted every idiot teenager in the vicinity who have proceeded to monopolise the facilities, verbally abuse mothers with young children, and generally act like the little gangsters they obviously believe they are.
The facility is unsupervised and dangerous - I can forecast with absolute certainty a serious injury or incident in the very near future. Close it down or manage it properly - don't build something then abdicate responsibility.
