SIR - More chivalry in Potters Bar... My most grateful thanks to the kind, courteous gent who was out for a stroll with his dog, listening to his music, on his way to Oakmere Park on Sunday morning, October 12.
I had come back to my car to find it completely hemmed in. When the owner returned some time later and refused to move it after I protested to her, this lovely man sorted out the row that erupted, coolly, calmly and in no time at all, then went on his way before I could thank him. There's no knowing what would have happened without his help!
