A woman has inherited a £600,000 home in Potters Bar thanks to Channel 4 show Key To A Fortune.
The show, which aired on Sunday, featured the home in Wentworth Close, Potters Bar, which was owned by Leonard John Eals, who passed away in 2020 and had no direct relatives.
Thanks to the work of Blanchards Inheritance, Janet was shocked to learn she was the rightful heir to the home.
After being tracked down, Janet is taken by presenter, Jean Johansson, for her first look inside the property, where she learns the worth and potential of the home from expert Stuart Douglas.

"I’ve done some research on this house and the current market value is in the region of £600,000," said Stuart.
"Good grief. That is a lot of money isn’t it. I think I need to sit down. I’m sort of speechless really at that amount. Big money," Janet responds.
"It’s potentially life changing. But I wouldn’t be doing my job if I didn’t try to maximise the potential in this house, and I think that we can increase that," Stuart added.
Before the show aired, Blanchards confirmed that Mr Eals estate was to be "split among 15 beneficiaries".
