A host of spooky Halloween activities are coming to Welwyn Hatfield this half-term.

Campus West will be putting on a number of events, including Halloween-themed discos at Roller City.

Over at the cinema, kids can sing along to Trolls Band Together, or enjoy the action packed Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie. As for the adults, Monday Night Classics will be screening The Exorcist on Monday, October 30.

On Sunday, October 29, between 12pm and 5pm, families can take part in Mill Green’s Spooky Sunday, with face painting, a ghostly mill tour, a chance to meet the cute rescue bats from Herts Bat Group and a pumpkin trail all on offer.

During the rest of the half-term week, plenty of craft sessions will be taking place.

Special spooky Halloween-themed Xplorer sessions will be on from Wednesday, October 25 to Sunday, October 29 at Stanborough Park, and on Saturday, October 28, Hatfield's White Lion Square will host a range of Halloween activities, with an extra special spooky surprise in store.

Finally, Wonderful Welwyn Garden City BID are putting on a spine-chilling Halloween trail in the town centre from October 13 to 31.

"There’s so much fun to be had during the October half term week that Welwyn Hatfield children will be spoilt for choice," said Councillor Max Holloway, executive member for leisure and community.

"It really is going to be fright-fully difficult to decide what to book first, but make sure you do, before you drop into the town centre events.

"I personally can’t wait to find out what fang-tastic facts await us on the Spooktacular Trivia Trail – see you there."
