A 10-year-old boy's Christmas wishes have come true after he received around 50 festive cards through his home made post box.
Isaac Hankin from Wheatley Road - The Cheiftain End, in Welwyn Garden City, made a homemade letterbox from a cardboard box, with the hopes of receiving lots of Christmas cards.
Isaac has ADHD and some learning disabilities, and does not know many people - but has been overwhelmed by the support he has received.
Mum Sarah said: “It feels amazing, we didn't expect to receive so many. Gifts were posted as well. We have the cards all hanging in our dining room, it is so lovely for people to take the time to send cards.
“Isaac is over the moon, the post box will be out until Christmas Eve and is taken in by 5pm everyday. It's a bit damp, but we tried to weatherproof it and have now tied it to a chair as it's windy."
Isaac has recieved around 50 Christmas cards so far, and would love to receive some more.
