AFTER the likes of Metallica, Linkin Park, Alice Cooper, Rammstein and Iron Maiden, Sonisphere organisers want Rolf Harris at Knebworth.

Having attracted some of the biggest names in the rock and metal fraternity over the past two years, Aussie Rolf Harris, famous for singing Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport and Jake the Peg, is now on the Sonisphere radar.
The international touring festival has a habit of booking the odd curveball artist, with Abba act Bjorn Again and The Fab Beatles both playing Knebworth’s second Saturn stage over the past two years.
And Sonisphere co-founder Stuart Galbraith knows who he wants to appear at the festival – a certain man with a wobble board and didgeridoo.
Speaking at a press conference held while thrash metal legends Slayer were still on the main stage at Knebworth, he declared: “I want Rolf Harris here!

“I’m serious.
“I want to see a circle pit to Two Little Boys.”
Rolf Harris, 80, played Glastonbury earlier this year and covered Led Zeppelin classic Stairway to Heaven.
He has also previously recorded a version of Queen chart-topper Bohemian Rhapsody.
Sonisphere will return to Knebworth next summer.
