Comedian Gerry K will appear at The Comedy Club at Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City

THERE’S another dose of laughter at the Gosling Sports Park this week.

The Comedy Club returns to the Welwyn Garden City sports complex in Stanborough Road on Friday, March 30 with a trio of top comedians.

Steve N Allen will host the night of live entertainment, with back up from opening comedian Jeff Stevenson and headline act Gerry K.

The names might not be that familiar but the stand-ups have a string of TV credits and appearances between them.

Comedian, presenter and writer Steve N Allen has a natural stage presence that connects with a crowd, making him the perfect compere.

From relatable anecdotes to topical commentary, Steve uses his material to build rapport with the audience and has appeared on Live With... Chris Moyles and ITV’s Take The Mike.

Jeff Stevenson first came to prominence playing the part of Louis in the legendary Alan Parker film Bugsy Malone.

In the entertainment business for many years, he has appeared in many a sitcom, most notably Only Fools and Horses, where he played of all things a stand-up comedian.

Jeff’s style can range from loud and in your face to honest observations about life and the entertainment business. Just don’t mention docusoaps or laugh at his beloved QPR.

Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest, headliner Gerry K has performed at The Comedy Club, Jongleurs and The Comedy Store.

Seen his face before? Gerry has performed on FHM Comedy Heroes, acted on The Bill and even hosted the football forum with Jeff Stelling and Rodney Marsh for Zoo Magazine.

So if you fancy a good night out and a laugh with your friends, call the box office on 01707 384329.

Tickets cost £15, and £12.50 for Comedy Club members. Register for membership at
