WE had a feeling that Monday night was going to be a good, good night at the Forum.

And it certainly didn’t disappoint. For Grammy-winning musician and producer will.i.am – best known as one quarter of platinum-selling superstars Black Eyed Peas – played a show-stopping DJ set at this week’s @mosphere club night.
He was joined on stage by band mate apl.de.ap for a blistering two-hour set, including full versions of hit Heartbreaker and recent Black Eyed Peas number one single I Gotta Feeling.
The band’s appearance, just a day after their live performance on hit ITV1 show The X Factor, is a massive coup for the new entertainment venue.
A spokeswoman for the Forum said: “As part of our @mosphere club night, the Forum was delighted to welcome Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am, who was joined by apl.de.ap fresh from their performances on The X Factor the night before.
“This was one of our most amazing nights since our opening, and we’re looking forward to continually bringing such high profile acts to Hertfordshire.”
On his own, will.i.am – real name William James Adams Jr – has established himself as one of music’s top producers.
In the past, he has collaborated on tracks with Justin Timberlake, John Legend, Kelis, Nas, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Carlos Santana, The Pussycat Dolls, Busta Rhymes, The X Factor judge and Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole and Black Eyes Peas band mate Fergie.
