THE final main act for the Forum Factor event in Hatfield has been announced.

Joining X Factor finalists The Risk and Janet Devlin at the Forum Hertfordshire on Monday, January 2 will be award-winning dance duo Chris and Wes.

The dynamic and infectious winners of Sky 1’s Got to Dance 2011 series replace the previously advertised, but unconfirmed, third X Factor finalist.

A spokeswoman for the University of Hertfordshire venue said: “Due to scheduling issues with this year’s X Factor contestants, we were unable to confirm a third finalist for our Forum Factor event.

“However, we are delighted that Chris and Wes, the winners of Sky 1’s Got to Dance and the stars of their own programme, Chris and Wes: Let’s Do This, will be performing their winning dance routines at the Forum Factor, taking place on January 2.”

The Forum Factor New Year’s event at the College Lane entertainment complex will be hosted by Herts 96.6 breakfast show presenter Stuart Miles.

Doors will open from 4.30pm, and in addition to boyband The Risk, teenage Irish singer Janet Devlin and cheeky dance duo Chris and Wes, there will also be performances from Hertfordshire’s Got Talent contestants Conor Walker and Yaz and the Peach Tree.

The event will finish at approximately 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £11.50 or £40 for a family ticket including one adult.
