SONGWRITER Robb Johnson returns to The Green Room in Welwyn Garden City this weekend.

Robb Johnson and the Irregulars will play upstairs at The Doctors Tonic pub on Saturday night along with support from Mark and the Astronauts, and Hazel Turnock and the Finger Choppers.

Johnson’s Once Upon a Time album is his first full electric band recording since 2008, and features nine songs with The Irregulars, who on this recording are long-time powerhouse rhythm section John Forrester on bass and Charlie Waygood on drums, augmented by the ferocious fretwork of new recruit Tim Sanpher on guitar.
