The Back of Beyond festival will return to Hertfordshire in 2019 – with tickets already on sale.

Promoters have confirmed that the electronic dance music festival will return next summer – and be extended to two days.

The inaugural Back of Beyond festival took place at Frogmore Hill, near Hertford, in July.

Faithless star Sister Bliss headlined the all-day event’s main stage with a DJ set.

A limited number of early bird tickets for next summer’s festival have now gone on sale.

Back of Beyond will return to the fields between Watton-at-Stone and Stevenage for two days – on Friday, July 5 and Saturday, July 6, 2019.

Although next year’s headline acts have still to be confirmed, the festival will feature a diverse mix of legendary and new artists, covering the full spectrum of electronic dance music.

Back of Beyond’s website states: “Prepare to be wowed once again by our jaw dropping ‘B E Y O N D’ stage (coming back bigger and bolder!), connect with nature in our FOREST stage, plus discover and seek out our ultra cool sub stages.”

There will be even more festival shenanigans away from the stages, and a new extended and upgraded camping experience in the Herts countryside, including all new boutique VIP camping options, and a larger food court.

Early bird tickets are now on sale.
